Where can I find my rent payment and lease details?
Your Online Portal gives you 24/7 access to pay rent, submit maintenance requests and more. To set up your Online Portal, visit here.

What happens if I miss a rent payment?
We understand that mistakes happen from time-to-time and we're happy to waive the late fee on your first missed payment. Never miss a payment when you set up auto-pay from your Online Portal.
Any rent payments not made by the third of each month are subject to a $50 late fee. If your rent is unpaid by the 10th, a $25 fee will be added, with an additional $25 fee on the 15th if still unpaid.

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Login to your Online Portal. On the right hand of the screen is the Request Maintenance option. In the case of an emergency, please contact your rental office.

How do you handle snow removal?
Our team works as fast as possible to remove snow to allow for easy travel. To help allow for a thorough clearing of snow, we kindly ask that you shovel at least three feet out from your garage.

What can I use my unit for?
Our units are versatile and perfect for many uses such as equipment storage, running a small business, workshops, contractor warehouses, or hobby shop space. We do not allow residential living.

Absolutely! Many of our tenants run small businesses, service shops, or side hustles from their units. We’re proud to support entrepreneurs, contractors, and tradespeople across SD & NE.

Is there security on site?
Yes. AllCity Suites & Storage facilities are monitored by 24/7 security cameras to help ensure the safety of your unit and belongings. Our properties also feature exterior lighting and controlled access, providing added peace of mind.

Minor customizations may be allowed with prior approval. We understand that some businesses need specific setups, so reach out to our team to discuss your needs.
