Site Maintenance & Finishing Manager

Location: Platte, SD (Travel Required to SD & NE)

*Vehicle provided to use in execution of duties.  

Key Responsibilities:

-  Paint & prime new construction

-  Installation of property amenities (mirrors, vanities, grab bars, etc.)

-  Final cleanup to prepare sites for move in

-  Property upkeep & repair

Ideal candidate:

-  Experience in painting & construction finishing

-  Ability to work independently and travel as needed

-  Strong attention to detail & work ethic
